Location

You will find the Museum in the heart of the Alberta badlands, 6 km (4 mi) northwest of Drumheller, Alberta, in Midland Provincial Park.

Please note: Construction and lane closures on the Gordon Taylor Bridge between downtown Drumheller and the Museum will cause traffic delays on Highway 56 from April 29 – September 30, 2024.

Parking 

Parking at the Museum is free. Spaces are designated for cars/trucks, recreation vehicles, buses, motor coaches, and bicycles.

In the summer, a courtesy shuttle is available for visitors with limited mobility between the parking lots and the entrance.

We are located in Midland Provincial Park, a day-use only park.

Overnight camping is not permitted.
