- This is a moderate hike with some hills and off trail exploring so participants must be physically mobile.
- Participants must wear sturdy outdoor footwear for this program (hiking boots, hiking sandals or running shoes), and bring water.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to wear hats and use sunscreen.
