The Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for evening and overnight support of the Edutour and Camp-in programs at the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology (RTMP).
Edutour and Support Hosts’ responsibilities include developing a rapport with the group teachers/leaders, ensuring the program is on schedule, and managing any issues that may arise during the course of the group’s stay at the RTMP.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Outgoing and friendly nature
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Enjoy working with children
- Detail-oriented and ability to problem solve
- 18 years of age or older
Successful Candidates will be required to provide:
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
- First aid certification
Term: Casual, February to June
Hours: Evenings and overnight
Salary: $16.50 per hour
Deadline: Consideration of applications will begin January 16, 2023; however, the competition will remain open until suitable candidates are found.
