Our Collections
Behind the scenes at the Royal Tyrrell Museum lies our greatest resource—the research collections. Currently housing over 125,000 fossil vertebrates, invertebrates, plants and geologic specimens—these collections are among the richest in the world. And, as an active scientific research facility it’s hardly surprising that the collections grow by approximately 2,000 specimens annually.
If you are a palaeontology student or researcher and wish to visit our collections please complete our Access to Collections form.
